At Victoria & Charlotte, we do everything possible to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be situations where you wish to return a product. Below, we clearly explain our return policy. 1. How We Operate

Victoria & Charlotte operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, we do not maintain large inventories. Items that are not in stock are shipped directly from our supplier located in China.

As a result, returns must also be sent to our supplier's return address in China.

2. Return Request Period and Procedure

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at info@victoriacharlotte.com.

A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Please always include your order number and a valid reason for the return when submitting your request.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with our supplier's return address.

3. Return Conditions

• A valid reason for the return is always required.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

• Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

• Discounted or sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

• Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

• Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless they are unopened and unused.

4. Return Shipping Costs and Process

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.

• Returned items must be shipped to our supplier's return address in China.

• The customer is solely responsible for arranging, paying for, and tracking the return shipment.

• We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information. Without proof of shipment, we cannot process a return.

5. Customer-Friendly Alternative Solution

Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with customers to find a mutually agreeable alternative solution, such as a partial refund or store discount.

Any such arrangement will be agreed upon via email. Please contact us first at info@victoriacharlotte.com before sending any item back.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your order, such as the size, fit, quality, or condition of the item, please email us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photographs of the issue

• A detailed description of the problem

Without photographs and a description, we are unable to investigate your claim, and no return or refund rights will apply.

Upon receiving this information, we will review the matter and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and approved at our supplier's return address in China.

Once approved, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and entered into processing.

No refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback may be initiated before the item has been delivered and received.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer's responsibility.

• Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting info@victoriacharlotte.com.
